Face to Face Registrations
Returning Players from last season do not need to attend to the face to face registration – please make your payment Online at registration or by Direct Deposit (refer below for bank details).
New Players to the club need to attend one of the face to face registration days to provide proof of age to complete their registration. Please ensure you have registered online before attending one of these sessions.

Team Allocation (Juniors)

Team sheets have to be submitted to Football St George at the end of February, so we ask the assistance of parents to bring their child along to the Team Allocation day to help us organise the players into teams for the coming season and assist in identifying parents that can assist with coaching and managing teams.

What’s included?
- First time players to the club are provided Club Shorts and Socks
- Club Jerseys are provide by the club and must be returned at the end of the season
- Registration Fees also cover Football St George Fees, Insurance, Referee Payments and Match Fees
Active Kids Voucher
If you are planning to use the Active Kids program, please ensure you have applied for a voucher before starting your registration. This way the system can apply your discount at the time of registration.

Registration Information – New & Returning Players
Online Registration:
- All New & Returning players MUST register on www.playfootball.com.au
- To qualify for the “Early Bird Fee”, payment MUST be made within the Early Bird period detailed above. If payment is not made during the Early Bird period, the standard fees will be applied
- All players and/or guardians will be required to acknowledge they have read the club’s Code of Conduct agreement whilst processing their on-line registration and agree to abide by these.

Football St George Requirements
- Photo ID
- FSG requires every player to have a photo ID card (head shots only) before they can play
- New players can be photographed at the face to face registration day or upload their photo during the online registration process
- Existing players can upload their photo during the online registration process
- For uploaded photos, please ensure they are current, a head shot only and good quality
- Paperwork and Payment
- No registrations will be processed unless ALL paperwork and photos are complete, and registration fees are paid in FULL.
- Minimum Age
- Players turning 5 before the 31st December of the registration year are eligible to play
Additional Requirements
- New Players and Over 35’s
- Need to bring their original birth certificate or drivers licence or passport for verification
- Be sure to register online first and bring their online registration paperwork to the club.
Payment Options
Payments are made at the time of registration on Play Football. Alternatively participants can pay via Eftpos/Credit Card or Cash at one of our Face to Face registration days.
Players unable to pay their registration fee online in full must contact the Club prior to registering
- A ‘staged payment’ plan can discussed by contacting the club (Treasurer or Secretary)
- Payment will be made via Bank Deposit or Electronic Bank Transfer
RTO (Coach & Manager) Registrations
Registering As A Volunteer (Coach, Team Manager, Committee Member or Other)
If you are volunteering with a Club as a Coach, Team Manager, Committee Member or any other type of Assistant, you are also required to register online at www.playfootball.com.au. The procedure is essentially the same as a player but choosing a different type of registration, i.e. Coach, Volunteer, etc.

Working with Children Checks
- All paid persons and all volunteer Coaches, Managers, Technical Directors and other roles which require working or volunteering with children under 18 years now require a WWCC.
- This means that all parents coaching or managing a Penshurst West FC team in which their child plays, must obtain a WWCC and provide a valid WWC Number to the PWFC Registrar.
How to obtain a WWCC
Complete a Working With Children Check online with Services NSW (click here). After applying online you will complete the process by visiting Services NSW upon which you will be issued a Working With Children Number.
